Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order within the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.

When it ships. Orders ship within 1–3 business days unless the product page says otherwise, and most arrive within about a week. Our September test packages took 4–5 business days door-to-door by USPS Ground Advantage (a small sample).

Made to order. Made-to-order metal art (such as "You Are My Sunshine" and "To the Moon and Back") is cut when you order it: allow 7–10 business days before it ships. The Classic Leather Dog Collar is also made to order: allow 5–7 business days before it ships. The Dog Mom Cell Phone Case and the Sunkissed Dog Leash take 5–7 business days to leave the supplier: allow 5–7 business days before they ship. The lead time is also shown on each product page.

Separate packages. Items ship from their makers or from U.S.-based suppliers, so an order with pieces from more than one may arrive in separate packages on different days. Tracking is emailed as each package ships.

If we're running late. If we can't ship by the time stated on the product page or above, we'll email you before then with a new ship date (or tell you if we can't give one) and the option to cancel for a full refund. Delays of more than 30 days are cancelled and refunded unless you tell us you'd like to wait. See clause 7 of our Terms of Service.

Delivery and missing packages. Your package is yours, and its risk of loss passes to you, once the carrier delivers it to the address you gave us. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us and we'll replace or refund the missing items. If a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and around the property, then email hello@sedgewilde.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll take it up with the maker and the carrier.

Your address. Please double-check it at checkout; makers ship fast, so we can't always change it after you order. If a package comes back because of an address error or a refused delivery, we'll refund the item price once it's returned to the maker, or reship it if you cover the new postage. Final-sale items can't be refunded in that case.

Where we ship. The lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. only for now — not yet to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside the U.S.
